Abstract This paper addresses the limitations of existing research that focuses on single-sided resources and two-timescale optimization, overlooking coordinated response various energy storage across different timescales in comprehensive systems. To tackle these shortcomings, study integrates flexible demand-side resources, such as electric vehicles (EVs), hydrogen storage, air conditioning clusters, generalized storage.
