Abstract The synthesis of zeolite nanoparticles is studied comprehensively by adding an organic template as a reflux method, extracted from crystals. nano-crystals are quite effectively synthesized incorporating silica, template, and alkali metal. tetrapropylammoniumhydroxide, tetrapropylammoniumbromide tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) templates added for the assistance (albite) A cross-linker TEOS also mixed. Adding carbon nanotubes graphene oxide made morphology albite more interesting. Nucleation time important feature formation nano-shaped crystal developed instance when reaction less than 240 h, after this period size increases with time. Batch 1 prepared additives testing its morphology, like surface area, particle shape, geometry. general trend ( e.g. , pore volume, percentage composition, size, geometry) nano-crystal explained help robust techniques such Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, energy-dispersive scanning electron microscopy.

This study focuses on the techno-economic comparison of flare gas from an industrial stream valorisation into liquid fuels, comparing conventional gas-to-liquid (GTL) and membrane-based processes. Both processes encompass sweetening, synthesis production, FT units. Integration GTL could decrease overall fuel production by 1.5%, with power requirements 47.3% higher lower energy steam demand 25.8% 21% respectively. The initial analysis indicates a 23.3% in total carbon emissions for Membrane-based process compared to Conventional process. demonstrates potential 13% reduction capital investment 11.8% cost products, coupled remarkable 22.5% return investment. Moreover, payback period is reduced approximately 20.9%. In sweetening unit, costs increase 5%. comparison, unit offers cost-saving approach around 10.4%. Hence, incorporation membranes throughout will yield substantial profitability. Upon conducting in-depth it becomes evident that enhancing permeability over 200% potentially reduce unit. Consequently, this renders more preferable lucrative than amine

The present work focuses on enhancing the liquid fraction yields having hydrocarbons in diesel fuel range from pyrolysis of PS/PE (1:1 wt.%) under influence ZSM–5 catalysts an autoclave reactor. product and their compositions were investigated for varied catalyst concentrations (0%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%), reaction temperatures (250–500°C), retention times (20–60 min). physical chemical characterization feedstocks, catalysts, thermally catalytically derived oils carried out along with elemental analysis products. It was observed that 7.5% concentration exhibited maximum (71.2 at 350°C a time 30 min. Catalytic cracking 20–30 min produced aromatic, aliphatic, isomerized hydrocarbon contents 42.9%, 30.15%, 14.3%, respectively. Expedite weakening catalytic activity ZSM-5 process higher than calorific values found to be 44.2–44.8 MJ/kg, carbon numbers between C11 C19. Thus, these characteristics make potential candidate used as alternative fuel. Further, proportions aromatics aliphatic compounds compared obtained thermal affirmed its superiority substitute.

Hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) is an effective way to treat solid wastes with high moisture content. The co-hydrothermal (co-HTL) experiments of oily scum (OS) and poplar sawdust biochar (BC) at the different hydrothermal temperatures were performed in this work. changes appearance components liquid products comprehensively studied. results showed that addition BC into OS significantly reduced content residue hydrochars obtained after co-HTL. As temperature increased, from co-HTL turned clearer lighter color, recovery rate increased. could effectively improve quality enhance hydrochars. carbon numbers concentrated C5-C11, which main compositions gasoline. This work can provide basic data theoretical reference for efficient treatment engineering practice.
