Operation strategy of the integrated wind-hydrogen system is key to ameliorate negative impacts fluctuated wind power on hydrogen production capacity and durability electrolyzer. However, desalination supplying pure water electrolyzers was neglected previously, with which practical operation hybrid wind-hydrogen-desalination has yet be investigated. In this work, we proposed a novel control named step-by-step start for consisting turbine, proton exchange membrane electrolyzer (PEMWE), battery batch reverse osmosis (BRO) system, can produce fresh water. Real-time data from Shenzhen, China were used as input system. The results demonstrate improve by 17.55 %, energy efficiency 17.68 % in August, increase 10.29 utilization 10.44 December compared traditional strategies. At low speeds, switching times PEMWE higher than other strategies, while at high significantly decreased. This work provides insights into depending real-time speed.
