Background/Objectives: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a multifactorial endocrine disorder with significant clinical and reproductive implications. Identifying dose–response relationships between clinical, physical, factors PCOS can enhance diagnostic accuracy inform treatment strategies. This study utilized data-driven approach to analyze the associations key factors, including age, weight, menstrual cycle length, Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) levels, follicle count, prevalence. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on dataset of 539 participants determine optimal ranges these associated an increased likelihood diagnosis. Statistical analyses were using Python, correlation matrix, univariate multivariate logistic regression, evaluations. Results: Our findings demonstrated that risk increases positively in women under 32 years age. AMH levels above 4.18 ng/mL strongly PCOS, suggesting higher may reflect excessive follicular activity rather than enhanced ovarian function. Weight correlated emphasizing role metabolic disturbances its pathophysiology. Additionally, length exhibited non-linear association both shortened prolonged cycles being indicative hormonal dysregulation. count consistently linked reinforcing significance. Conclusions: provides evidence factors. The proposed serve as valuable reference points for clinicians, aiding early diagnosis personalized management strategies PCOS.

Background/Objectives: Among the therapeutic options available for managing PCOS, metformin improves insulin sensitivity, reduces androgen levels, and helps restore menstrual regularity ovulation. While primarily used its metabolic effects, therapy may also influence reproductive parameters, including AMH which are pivotal in improving ovarian function predicting outcomes PCOS. The aim of this study was to search scientific literature analyze correlation between levels hydrochloride women with PCOS IR. Methods: A systematic review conducted using following keywords: polycystic syndrome, anti-Mullerian hormone, resistance, metformin, treatment, biomarker, syndrome. This aimed at investigating potential as a biomarker effectiveness patients Results: Metformin treatment has shown significant reductions serum prolonged therapy. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a multisystem disorder that presents with variety of phenotypes involving metabolic, endocrine, reproductive, and psychological symptoms signs. Women PCOS are at increased risk pregnancy complications including implantation failure, miscarriage, gestational diabetes, fetal growth restriction, preterm labor, pre-eclampsia (PE). This may be attributed to the presence specific susceptibility features associated before during pregnancy, such as chronic systemic inflammation, insulin resistance (IR), hyperandrogenism, all which have been an complications. Many reversible following lifestyle interventions diet exercise, pregnant women healthy found lower complications, PE. narrative synthesis summarizes evidence investigating PE role nutritional factors in PCOS. The findings suggest beneficial aspects management PCOS, recommended evidence-based international guidelines, extend improved outcomes. Background: The aim of our study was to evaluate the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and macular choroidal thicknesses in women with different phenotypes polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), compare these measurements those healthy reproductive age. Materials Methods: This prospective case–control included 120 eyes PCOS, each four distinct comprising 30 women. Additionally, from were control group. All participants underwent comprehensive ophthalmologic examinations, RNFL thickness, thickness (MT), (CT) eye measured via spectral-domain optical coherence tomography. body mass index (BMI) patients recorded compared changes. Results: average mean nasal segments significantly greater PCOS group than (p < 0.001). There a statistically significant difference foveal between groups Our revealed tissue thickening subfoveally at locations 500 μm temporal, nasal, 1500 temporal fovea all there positive correlation BMI CT Conclusions: findings indicate that layers choroid are affected by one most common abnormalities, albeit varying degrees. Furthermore, changes found be correlated BMI.

Background: Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age, resulting in female infertility. Researchers are exploring safe and affordable treatments for this disorder. Objective: This study explored the therapeutic effects fennel essential oil (FEO) manganese (Mn) on histological markers rats with estradiol valerate-induced PCOS. Materials Methods: In experimental study, 35 adult Wistar (9 wk old, 200–250 gr) were divided into 7 groups. For 14 days, groups 1–4 received normal saline intraperitoneally, sesame intramuscularly, FEO Mn orally, respectively. PCOS was induced remaining through single intramuscular injection valerate. 60 days after induction, 6th 7th treated individually intraperitoneal oral days. Blood samples analyzed estrogen, progesterone, malondialdehyde (MDA) markers. The tissues histologically examined to assess cyst formation structural changes. Results: significantly increased estrogen progesterone levels compared group (p ≤ 0.05). also elevated levels, but change not statistically significant > No differences MDA observed between PCOS+FEO Although decreased PCOS+Mn group, reduction Both reduced numbers untreated Conclusion: demonstrated potential restoring balance improving histology, offering promise as low-cost
