We further preference stakeholders jurisdiction Route. exploration addresses gap current discussion on Passage’s environment, only considers factor, it helps new methods ideas will assist quantitative evaluation especially Eurasia. Meanwhile, provide comprehensive reference about patterns.

Green development is main direction of high-quality economic in China. Urbanisation and human capital (HC) are important factors affecting green development. This study examines effects urbanisation HC on total factor productivity (GTFP) using least squares dummy variable model, based provincial data China from 2001 to 2019. then explored impact GTFP through (educated HC, healthy structure), adopting mediating effect threshold model. The results showed that three types promote coastal region. In inland region, has insignificant GTFP, while educated structure improve it. analysis revealed region enhance promotion whereas hinders only stimulates GTFP. Considering weaker than value; but stronger above value. when value below the threshold, weakened as exceeds Policy implications documented a differentiated manner, increase investment strengthen coordination between HC.
