During the production period of shale gas, proppant particles and rock debris are produced together, which will seriously erode elbows gathering pipelines. In response to this problem, paper takes elbow pipeline in Changning Shale Gas Field as an example test erosion rate material removal mechanism piece at different angles through experiments compares four models with experimental results. Through analysis, it is found that best prediction model for quartz sand-carbon steel Oka model. Based on model, FLUENT software was used simulate analyze law gas under flow velocities, pressure, particle size, length L1, bending directions elbow. And a spiral structure proposed reduce same working conditions. The results show can by 34%.

Two critical factors, namely intense precipitation and intricate excavation, can trigger rock mass disasters in mining operations. In this study, an indoor rainfall system was developed to precisely regulate the flow intensity of precipitation. A large-scale model experiment conducted on a self-designed physical simulation platform investigate failure instability high-steep slopes under unsaturated conditions. The real-time reproduction progressive process enabled determination revealed mechanism underlying slope instability. Experiment results indicated that may be primary factor contributing instability, while continuous pillar exacerbates extent failure. stage occurs at 40 mm/h, whereas exceeding 50 mm induce reaching up 60 will result improved region growing segmentation method (IRGSM) subsequently employed for image recognition deformation underground mines. Herein error comparison with simple linear iterative cluster (SLIC) superpixel original (ORGSM) showed average identification X Y directions by reduced significantly (1.82% 1.80% IRGSM; 4.70% 6.26% SLIC; 9.45% 12.40% ORGSM). Ultimately, relationship between probability analyzed using Monte Carlo method. Moreover, stability assessment criteria condition were quantitatively accurately evaluated.
