Abstract This paper applies panel data of 281 prefecture-level cities in China from 2004 to 2017 calculate the green total factor productivity (GTFP) at city level. Then, it examines influences various forms industrial agglomeration on GTFP and its two decomposition factors. The results demonstrate that manufacturing industry rather than producer services can effectively improve mainly through stimulating internal technological progress. However, collaborative has a significant positive correlation with GTFP. In addition, heterogeneity analysis shows for institutional policy advantages, play more substantial effect. But, ordinary cities, is beneficial furthering growth

The Paris agreement is a unified arrangement for the global response to climate change and entered into force on 4 November 2016. Its long-term goal hold average temperature rise well below 2 °C. China committed achieving carbon neutrality by 2060 through various measures, one of which green technology innovation (GTI). This paper aims analyze levels GTI in 30 provinces mainland between 2001 2019. It uses spatial econometric models panel threshold along with slack based measure (SBM) Global Malmquist-Luenberger (GML) index spillover nonlinear effects regional emissions. results show that achieves growth every year, but efficiency was low. China's total dioxide emissions were increasing at marginal rate, emission intensity declining year year. Carbon spatially correlated significant positive agglomeration characteristics. plays an important role reducing In underdeveloped regions China, this reduction effect even more significant.

Due to large energy consumption and carbon emissions (ECCE) in the building sector, there is huge potential for emission reduction, this will strongly influence peak neutrality future. To get a better sense of current research situation future trends provide valuable reference guidance subsequent research, study presents summary (CPCN) buildings using bibliometric approach. Three areas are addressed review through analysis 364 articles published from 1990–2021: (1) Which countries, institutions, individuals have conducted extensive in-depth on CPCN buildings, what status quo their collaboration contributions? (2) What subjects topics aroused wide interest enthusiasm among scholars, time trajectories? (3) journals authors grabbed attention many directions related them? Moreover, we propose directions. Filling these gaps enrich body overcome limitations by developing more methods exploring other practical applications.

ABSTRACT This study investigates the impact of environmental and economic factors on carbon emissions (CAR) in China from 2007 to 2020, considering Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis. We employ MM‐QR approach analyze asymmetric relationships between Green Total Factor Productivity (GTFP), Fiscal Expenditure Technology (FTE), Innovation (GTI), Level (INN), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Human Capital (HC), (CAR). Findings reveal that GTFP, FTE, GTI, INN exert significant negative impacts cCAR, with these effects strengthening at higher quantiles. suggests advancements green technology fiscal policies promoting technologies contribute reduced emissions. Conversely, GDP exhibits a positive association CAR, potentially reflecting initial stages EKC. 2 is also positively associated, indicating potential turning point towards degradation income levels. Based results, proposes policy recommendations enhance ecological well‐being achieve net‐zero These include fostering human capital development for skilled labor sectors, adoption technologies, increasing expenditure research (R&D). contributes field management by providing empirical evidence effectiveness technological reducing The findings offer valuable insights policymakers aiming sustainable similar economies.
