Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technology is an essential for achieving low-carbon transformation upgrading of the coal power industry. This study applies optimal control theory to analyze dynamic optimization CCUS technological innovation investment in stations under environmental protection tax. A model constructed decisions firms at system steady-state equilibrium, numerical simulations are performed. The shows that both profit maximization social welfare conditions, a distinct saddle-point steady-state; tax affects stations, which turn electricity prices; learning rate knowledge accumulation also impacts investment: condition, levels innovation, technology, higher than those maximization.

While the United Nations advocates for sustainable production and consumption, implementation of green product certification cement enterprises is still in its infancy. This study focuses on understanding evolution mechanism adopting certification, identifying factors that influence this involving enterprises, bodies, government. Based herd behavior, a tripartite evolutionary game model developed, leading to several conclusions. (1) When government participate five evolutionarily stable strategies emerge system. (2) Key influencing participation include rent-seeking preference transportation distance products, intensity regulation, success rate regulation. (3) The preferences have varying impacts behavior bodies subsidy (4) distances products also diverse effects enterprises. research offers valuable insights governments establishing enhancing policies related building material products.
