In recent decades, investing in renewable and eco-friendly energy technologies, such as replacing clean systems instead of traditional ones equipment management, is an interesting practical topic all sectors. This research analyzes the optimization a hydro plant, wind turbines, photovoltaic (PV) panels with careful examination three scenarios Hinnoya region, Norway. Three consumption scenarios—including industrial/domestic load scenario, transportation load, household alone—for this region are considered. HOMER software used to simulate analyze techno-economic performance solar panels/wind turbines/grid/batteries converters. The results show that using accordance region's potential leads lower cost electricity generation. COE production at least 50% less than normal sales price grid. use electric grid exchanges modification night. for onshore turbines more offshore turbines. also indicate field can reduce by nearly 70% (0.0296 €/kWh), other fields (transportation industrial) diminish (0.055 €/kWh). Thus, increasing percentage employing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions (particularly carbon dioxide).
