The power industry's low carbon transition is pivotal for achieving reduction and sustainable development. This study uses the super epsilon-based measurement (Super-EBM) model Malmquist index to evaluate efficiency using data from 30 provinces in China 2010 2020, utilizes Tobit comprehensively analyze factors affecting of industry. In addition, this paper examines spatial differences as well its distributional characteristics dynamic evolutionary patterns. Conclusion drawn follows analyzes regional differences, distribution trends transition. main conclusions are follows: (1) shows an uptrend, with western region having highest overall level efficiency, greater fluctuations central region, more stability eastern technological progress a factor increasing total productivity, positively influenced by electricity prices, negatively energy structure, environmental regulations economic structure; (2) Intraregional hypervariable density reasons sources transition; eastern, central, regions decreasing year year, but still distributed multipolar way; (3) industry type lag neighboring area. Where areas makes it difficult achieve short-term leapfrog development, cluster high-efficiency prone "Siphon Effect". findings provide theoretical basis promoting coordinating strategic adjustment green

Abstract To improve the low-carbon economic dispatch, we introduced a big data twin recombination network for grid dispatch decision optimization. quantified energy structure and corrected linear regression of power loads to boost efficiency, optimized correlation between scheduling generation facilities operational strategies by mapping decomposing, expediting cyclic relevance model. Results demonstrated that our method can optimize decision-making establish reliable analysis models concerning carbon emissions, costs, utilization load matching precision.

Interest in co-benefits—the multiple benefits from mitigating climate change while addressing other sustainability challenges—has grown as policymakers seek to lower the costs of decarbonization. Much this interest stems data-driven models that quantify how much improved air quality, better health, and co-benefits can offset those costs. However, research often features transport, residential energy, solutions face greater social institutional barriers than economic achieving estimated gains. Few studies have assessed overcoming these barriers. The main objective study was develop apply methods for estimating Toward end, developed a mixed method approach used original survey budgetary data estimate clearing implementing transport energy Thailand. results revealed key were approximately USD 170–270 million per year 2022 2032 sector are 0.07–0.1 over comparable period. suggested likely all transportation (driven by implementation inspection maintenance programs) More generally, underlined need integration between work on transaction assist understanding investing capacity building, coordination, awareness raising, enabling reforms help align healthier with development priorities.
