Power equipment maintenance work orders are vital in power management because they contain detailed information such as specifications, defect reports, and specific activities. However, due to limited research into automated extraction, valuable operational data remain underutilized. A key challenge is recognizing unstructured Chinese texts filled with specialized abbreviated terms unique the sector. Existing named entity recognition (NER) solutions often fail effectively manage these complexities. To tackle this, this paper proposes a NER model tailored orders. First, dataset called (PE-MWO) constructed, which covers seven categories. Next, novel position- similarity-aware attention module proposed, where an innovative position embedding method score calculation designed improve model's contextual understanding while keeping computational costs low. Further, main body, combined BERT-wwm-ext conditional random field (CRF) modules, efficient jointly constructed. Finally, validated on PE-MWO five public datasets, our shows high accuracy sector entities, outperforming comparative models datasets.

Using optimization techniques based on neural networks, this study explores how microgrids might integrate renewable energy sources. Dealing with problems caused by the uncertainty and unpredictability of generation is primary goal. Renewable has been showing encouraging trends, according to data analysis spanning many time periods. From 120 kWh 140 kWh, there was a steady rise 16.67% in solar utilization. Also, an 18.75% rise, from 80 95 use wind power. There 30% 50 65 output biomass energy. Microgrid load utilization shows rising demands commercial, industrial, residential areas. Commercial industrial loads climbed 15% 10%, respectively, while increased 150 165 kWh. With predictions at 98.4%, 95.5%, 97.3%, made using networks were highly congruent actual
