In
the
regenerative
aluminum
smelting
process,
furnace
temperature
is
critical
for
quality
and
energy
consumption
of
product.
However,
process
requires
protective
sensors,
making
real-time
measurement
costly,
while
strong
nonlinearity
distribution
drift
data
affect
prediction.
To
handle
these
issues,
a
multi-step
prediction
model
that
incorporates
reversible
instance
normalization
(RevIN),
convolutional
neural
network
(CNN),
Transformer
proposed.
First,
self-attention
mechanism
combined
with
CNN
to
extract
global
local
information
in
data,
thus
addressing
nonlinear
characteristics
temperature.
Second,
RevIN
learnable
affine
transformation
