The microstructure and structure of a Super304H superheater steel pipe after 47,000 h were analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), EDS, its mechanical properties measured hardness meter. results show that the austenitic grains appear on outer wall service, while SEM tests particles are coarse. There is an obvious corrosion layer surface, thickness windward surface significantly higher than leeward surface. inner refined material increased; center all grow abnormally. In this case, room temperature tensile strength impact performance rough crystal area reduced fracture along crystal. Supervision should be strengthened to eliminate safety risks caused abnormal growth austenite grain. phase microscopy main still maintains basic steel, particle aggregation mainly occurs in sub-inner Compared with lee middle body basically same, but whether or increases, deformation degree greater. measurement finds increase stress. case explosion accident, highest chance here closely observed.

The global horizontal irradiance (GHI) is the most important metric for evaluating solar resources. accurate prediction of GHI great significance effectively assessing energy resources and selecting photovoltaic power stations. Considering time series nature monitoring sites dispersed over different latitudes, longitudes, altitudes, this study proposes a model combining deep neural networks convolutional multi-step GHI. utilizes parallel temporal gate recurrent unit attention prediction, final result obtained by multilayer perceptron. results show that, compared to second-ranked algorithm, proposed improves evaluation metrics mean absolute error, percentage root square error 24.4%, 33.33%, 24.3%, respectively.

In the regenerative aluminum smelting process, furnace temperature is critical for quality and energy consumption of product. However, process requires protective sensors, making real-time measurement costly, while strong nonlinearity distribution drift data affect prediction. To handle these issues, a multi-step prediction model that incorporates reversible instance normalization (RevIN), convolutional neural network (CNN), Transformer proposed. First, self-attention mechanism combined with CNN to extract global local information in data, thus addressing nonlinear characteristics temperature. Second, RevIN learnable affine transformation utilized address data. Third, temporal correlation enhanced by time-coding method. The experimental results show proposed demonstrates higher accuracy at different steps compared other models.
