ABSTRACT Ultra‐precision machining (UPM) has been extensively employed for the production of high‐end precision components. The process is highly precise, and associated cost also high. Optimization parameters in UPM can significantly improve efficiency surface roughness. This study proposes an innovative approach that couples transfer matrix methods multibody systems (MSTMM) particle swarm optimization (PSO) to optimize parameters, aiming simultaneously roughness machined Initially, dynamic model ultra‐precision fly‐cutting (UPFC) machine tool was developed using MSTMM validated by tests. Subsequently, PSO algorithm parameters. Based on optimized a 40% reduction time 18.6% improvement peak‐to‐valley (PV) value have achieved. proposed method were verified through simulations model, resulting minimal error only 0.9%.
