ABSTRACT
Ultra‐precision
machining
(UPM)
has
been
extensively
employed
for
the
production
of
high‐end
precision
components.
The
process
is
highly
precise,
and
associated
cost
also
high.
Optimization
parameters
in
UPM
can
significantly
improve
efficiency
surface
roughness.
This
study
proposes
an
innovative
approach
that
couples
transfer
matrix
methods
multibody
systems
(MSTMM)
particle
swarm
optimization
(PSO)
to
optimize
parameters,
aiming
simultaneously
roughness
machined
Initially,
dynamic
model
ultra‐precision
fly‐cutting
(UPFC)
machine
tool
was
developed
using
MSTMM
validated
by
tests.
Subsequently,
PSO
algorithm

reduction
time
