Adding blockages to the gas flow channels in bipolar plates has a significant effect on performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). The design parameters with mainly include blockage shape (S), number (N), height (H), and channel–rib width ratio (CRWR) value. This paper systematically examines combined effects S, N, H, CRWR value current density (I), pressure drop (ΔP), net output power (Wnet), non-uniformity oxygen distribution (NU) PEMFC through application orthogonal experimental method (OEM). To provide comprehensive optimization strategy, novel multi-criteria decision framework is introduced, which integrates analytic hierarchy process (AHP) entropy weight (EWM) balance different evaluation objectives. Results from AHP-EWM analysis reveal that values I, ΔP, Wnet, NU are 0.415, 0.08, 0.325, 0.18, respectively. exhibits greatest PEMFC, followed by S. optimal parameter combination identified this triangular nine blockages, 0.8 mm, 0.25, corresponding highest score 31.8306 among 25 groups experiments. provides new perspective certain guidance for direction PEMFC.

Along with improved manufacturing efficiency product innovation, this change sector also redefines human-machine interaction. This paper proposes novel hybrid integrating model that combines Entropy Weight Method (EWM), Best-Worst (BWM), an acronym Portuguese for Interactive Multi-criteria Decision Making (TODIM) using single-valued neutrosophic trapezoidal numbers evaluate enablers. The EWM provides objective weight criteria, while BWM captures subjective preferences decision-makers. TODIM method ranks alternatives based these weighted criteria numbers, which effectively handle uncertainties imprecise information inherent decision-making processes. proposed evaluates empirical study personalization, sustainability, resilience, smart criteria. enhances balancing metrics preferences, thus guiding stakeholders toward informed technological investments. EWM-BWM-TODIM demonstrated robustness accommodating weights.
