In
the
context
of
global
warming,
abnormal
temperature
is
becoming
more
frequent
and
its
various
impacts
are
receiving
increased
attention,
but
impact
on
rural
energy
poverty
has
received
relatively
little
focus.
This
study
examines
effects
poverty,
utilizing
systematic
generalized
method
moments
with
data
from
30
Chinese
provinces
2001
to
2020.
Using
a
panel
threshold
model,
we
investigate
how
urban–rural
gap
quality
housing
interact
relationship
between
poverty.
Our
findings
suggest
that
significantly
increases
by
5.7%,
exacerbated
greater
lower
housing.
yields
several
policy
implications
for
achieving
coordinated
synergistic
response
climate
change
eradication
based
promotion
balanced
development.

difference-in-difference

RCCD

emissions

dampening
ACE,
with
experimental
group
exhibiting
significant
0.069
compared
control
post-implementation
policy.

dual-threshold
environmental
regulation
emerges
context
RCCD,
wherein
ACE
varies
depending
level
regulation.

notable
inhibitory
influence
urban
high
urbanization
levels,
underdeveloped
regions

regions.
