The reliable operation of a power system requires real-time balance between supply and demand. However, it is difficult to achieve this solely by relying on supply-side regulation. Therefore, necessary cooperate with effective demand-side management, which key strategy within smart grid systems, encouraging end-users actively engage optimize their electricity usage. This paper proposes novel bi-level optimization model for integrating solar, hydrogen, battery storage systems charging stations (SHS-EVCSs) maximize social welfare. first level employs non-cooperative game theory each individual EVCS minimize capital operational costs. second uses cooperative framework an internal management energy transactions among multiple EVCSs while considering EV owners’ economic interests. A Markov decision process models uncertainties in times, Monte Carlo simulations predict Real-time pricing based the dual enables strategies like peak shaving valley filling. Case studies demonstrate model’s effectiveness reducing loads, balancing utilization, enhancing overall efficiency sustainability through optimized renewable integration, storage, coordination, welfare maximization, cost minimization. proposed approach offers promising pathway toward sustainable infrastructure harmonizing sources, technologies, demands, societal benefits.
