Abstract
Green
innovation
makes
economic
growth
rely
on
scientific
and
technological
innovation,

traditional
cheap
labor
energy-driven
development
mode,

ecological

a
whole.

paper,

industry
is
selected

research
object,

indicators
for
measuring
efficiency

an
SBM-DEA
model
based
non-expected
outputs
constructed,
Malmquist-Luenberger
productivity
index
introduced
to
improve
model,
realizing
evaluation
in
30
provinces
regions
China.
Meanwhile,
convergence
status
regional
national

respectively.
