Gezegenimizdeki küresel iklim değişikliği son yıllarda olumsuz etkilerini iyice hissettirmeye başlamıştır. Bu durum atmosfer koşullarını değiştirmekte ve mühendislik yapıları için tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Ağır koşulları altında işletilen demiryolları özellikle ray bağlantı elemanlarının mekanik özellikleri yetersiz kalmaktadır. çalışmada HM tipi ray-travers bağlantısındaki 38Si7 kimyasal bileşime sahip SKL14 gergi kıskacının EN ISO 9227 standardında deneysel olarak yapay atmosferde tuz püskürtme korozyon testleri yapılmıştır. Test sonuçlarında ilk pas 0,5 saat tamamen 1 saatte gözlemlenmiştir. sonundaki ağırlık kaybı 0,0137 g ölçülmüştür. Korozyon hızı 0,000749 mm/yıl (0,749 µm/yıl) hesaplanmıştır. Deneysel verileriyle zekâ destekli makine öğrenmesi yardımıyla tahmin modelleri oluşturulmuştur. Sonuç kaplamasız kıskaçlarının performansının demiryolu standartları kullanımı uygun olup olmadığı hem de açıklanmıştır.

Fully harnessing the inherent flexible adjustment potential of steel enterprises and fostering their interaction with power grid is a crucial pathway to advancing green transformation. However, traditional research usually takes reducing energy consumption as optimization goal, which limits response capability, or ignores storage conversion constraints secondary sources such gas, steam, electricity, making it difficult fully explore reasonably utilize multi-energy coordination. This study considers production surplus recovery utilization system, establishes collaborative scheduling model for gas–steam–power system (GSPS) in an iron enterprise, proposes demand strategy that internal constraints. Considering time-of-use (TOU) tariff, achieve dynamic range electricity through process power. The capability GSPS reaches 26.94% initial load, while total cost by 2.24%. There vast development participating promoting reduction efficiency improvement, well enhancing flexibility.
