The present study examines the causal relationships between selected macroeconomic factors and Dhaka Stock Exchange Broad Index (DSEX) performance from January 2014 to December 2023. Time series econometric techniques include Dickey-Fuller (ADF) Phillips-Perron (PP) tests verify stationarity, Granger causality investigate short-term dynamics, Johansen's co-integration test evaluate long-term relationships. results show that while there is no cointegration, are significant variables DSEX broad index. GDP growth unemployment significantly impact stock performance, with two-way causality. While interest rates money supply have little on index, inflation forecasts trends in even if it doesn't directly influence it. Overall, index shows how important Bangladesh's dynamics by accurately predicting changes growth, unemployment, inflation. researcher provides unique insights into mechanics of Bangladeshi market, filling a vacuum literature emerging countries. It analyzes conditions affect over time, including COVID-19 pandemic. investigates several providing information for investors policymakers looking increase profits, inform policy choices, promote economic stability. Purpose The purpose of this study is to present a bibliometric analysis affordable and clean energy research, focusing on key themes, collaboration patterns the field’s intellectual structure. Design/methodology/approach Using sample 37 articles from Scopus, authors identified most frequently used keywords, productive countries organizations categorized research themes into niche, motor, basic emerging or declining themes. “Clean Energy,” “Renewable Energy” “Affordable Clean emerged as dominant highlighting alignment with global sustainability goals. USA, China India were found be countries, while institutions like Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College Nigerian National Petroleum Company played pivotal roles in collaborative networks, reflecting globalized interdisciplinary environment.
