Considering the power demand in high-altitude special environmental areas and peak-regulation issues system caused by uncertainties associated with wind photovoltaic as well load, a gas–hydro coordinated peak-shaving method that considers source-load uncertainty is proposed. Firstly, based on regulation-related characteristics of hydropower gas power, gas−hydro operation mode Secondly, operational risk quantified Conditional Value-at-Risk theory. Then, cost deep peak shaving connection gas-fired generation estimated, model considering constraints established. Finally, specific example verifies proposed can effectively improve economy system. The total profit increased 36.03%, indicating this enhances achieves better effects.
