RESUMO Objetivos: compreender as experiências e os significados atribuídos ao parto/nascimento pós-parto por mulheres acometidas COVID-19. Métodos: estudo qualitativo à luz da complexidade, conduzido entrevistas com 15 em hospital universitário referência para gestantes infectadas de alto risco décima Regional Saúde do Paraná, Brasil, entre dezembro/2021 abril/2022. Dados foram analisados pela análise temática. Resultados: identificaram-se diferentes desejado planejado, permeadas incertezas, imprevisibilidades contradições, sobretudo quanto aos desfechos maternos neonatais. ABSTRACT Objectives: to understand experiences and meanings attributed childbirth/birth postpartum by women affected COVID-19. ABSTRAK Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu terkait dengan praktik menyusui menjadi salah satu etiologi signifikan dari rendahnya cakupan ASI eksklusif. Hal ini dapat mendorong untuk memberikan makanan tambahan kepada bayi sebelum mencapai usia 6 bulan, mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam menjaga pemberian secara Diperlukan edukasi manajemen eksklusif guna mengatasi hal tersebut. Kegiatan dilakukan agar peserta memahami asi dan mempraktikkan posisi yang tepat mendukung terapainya hingga bulan. Implementasi penyuluhan diselenggarakan di Posyandu Melati, Sawangan, Depok, terhadap 22 hamil menyusui. Para diukur mereka pada waktu sesudah edukasi. Dari peserta, hasil pengkajian awal didapatkan 12 orang memiliki tinggi, sedangkan 10 lainnnya rendah. Pada tahap evaluasi akhir, seluruh telah skor sempurna (pengetahuan tinggi). Abstract Background Promoting exclusive breastfeeding can have a great effect in reducing the complications and mortality rate of mother child. Objective The study aimed to compare effects continuous intermittent supportive counselling on self-efficacy continuity among Lactating mothers with COVID-19. Methods was semi-experimental research method conducted 73 COVID-19 who were hospitalized Ayatollah Mousavi Hospital Zanjan, Iran from May 2021 April 2022. Breastfeeding assessed based World Health Organization’s classification, measured using Dennis’ standard questionnaire (BSE) up months after delivery. data analyzed chi-square tests, independent t-tests, paired analysis variance repeated measures, survival (Kaplan-Meier) 95% confidence level. A pandemia de COVID-19 causou danos à saúde pública mundial, incluindo prejuízos prática do aleitamento materno. Nesse contexto, o objetivo desse trabalho é revisar a literatura, fim fornecer informações relevantes para orientar das equipes multiprofissionais. Para tal, um levantamento bibliográfico foi realizado nas bases dados PubMed, Portal Periódicos da CAPES, Cochrane, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e SciELO, utilizando os descritores “Breastfeeding”, “Health education” “COVID-19” combinados entre si. Ao todo, foram selecionados 30 artigos, quais publicados nos últimos 4 anos. Nota-se que existem indícios transmissibilidade viral no aleitamento, fundamentados por resultados positivos na detectação RNA amostras leite mães doentes, mas essa taxa contaminação baixa, ainda mais quando adotados protocolos sanitários exclusão fatores externos. Por se tratar uma condição recente, está sendo estabelecido impactos sociais doença benefícios imunizantes relacionados ao materno, principalmente após implantação esquemas vacinais. lado, já fortes saúde, especialmente mental, díade mãe-bebê prejudicada pela dificuldade contato com serviços outra perspectiva tornou oportunidade defender amamentação como política diante dos protetivos conhecidos frente às evidências imunização passiva neonatos contra coronavírus. RESUMO Objetivo: Investigar as repercussões da COVID-19 na duração do aleitamento materno e analisar os fatores associados em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brasil. Método: Trata-se de estudo epidemiológico, coorte prospectiva. Os dados foram coletados prontuários médicos por meio entrevistas telefônicas. As mulheres que apresentaram o desmame estimadas análise sobrevivência Kaplan-Meier. O teste log-rank foi utilizado para verificar diferenças entre grupos, analisando-se tempo desmame, segundo características sociodemográficas clínicas. valores hazard ratio intervalos confiança 95% estimados utilizando-se regressão Cox. ABSTRAK Human Pappiloma Virus (HPV) adalah penyebab utama yang telah diidentifikasi sebagai etiologi kanker serviks. Vaksinasi HPV terbukti efektif menurunkan risiko wanita terpajan infeksi HPV. Pemerintah mewajibkan pemberian vaksinasi gratis bagi anak sekolah untuk mencegah serviks dikemudian hari, namun cakupan ini masih rendah karena penolakan orangtua, mitos seksualitas remaja dan berbagai kendala lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk edukasi kesehatan bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi tentang pencegahannya melalui vaksinasi. Edukasi diselenggarakan secara offline kepada 30 di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Yamas, Halim, Jakarta Timur, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dilanjutkan sesi diskusi. Pengetahuan peserta vaksinansi juga dievaluasi, baik sebelum sesudah materi edukasi. diselingi ice breaking. Sebanyak mengikuti kegiatan ini. Background: The administration of the COVID-19 vaccine is facing resistance from pregnant women, leading to a lower attitude toward vaccination uptake. Previous studies have explored several factors that contributed issue. However, no investigated further direct and indirect effects simultaneously influence attitudes in women.
