In the iron and steel industry, evaluating energy utilization efficiency (EUE) determining optimal matching mode play an important role in addressing increasing depletion environmental problems. Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) steelmaking is a typical short crude production route, which characterized by energy-intensive fast smelting rhythm diversified raw charge structure. this paper, model of EAF process established to conduct analysis EUE evaluation. An association rule mining (ARM) strategy for guiding based on data cleaning, feature selection, (AR) algorithm was proposed, effectiveness verified. Over the past decade, Beijing has achieved positive results in controlling fine particulate matter (PM2.5) pollution. However, it remains a challenge to further reduce PM2.5 concentrations lower level, such as World Health Organization's air quality guidelines (5 µg/m3).
