This paper investigates the role of fiscal incentives in promoting transition to a green economy using dynamic mean-field game framework. By modeling firms as representative agents undergoing an environmentally sustainable transition, we analyze two distinct types incentive structure: fixed and based on average behavior firms. The findings underscore importance balancing structures avoid economic inefficiencies ensure smooth ecological transition.
