Sağlık Sektörü son yıllarda yaşanan salgın hastalıklar, nüfusun artışı ve yaşlanması gibi sebeplerle büyük bir önem kazanmıştır. ihtiyacı günden güne artan şehirlerin sağlık yükünün kısmını kaldıracağı düşüncesiyle Kamu-Özel Ortaklığı (KÖO) ile kurulan şehir hastaneleri sektörünün en kuruluşları haline gelmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı hastanelerinin kapasite performansının MEREC tabanlı MAIRCA yöntemi değerlendirilmesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışma yapı taşı konumundaki kapasitelerinin yeterliliğini incelemesi açısından önemlidir. Örneklem Türkiye’de faaliyetlerine devam eden 22 hastanesi seçilmiştir. Kriter ağırlıklarının belirlendiği sonucuna göre önemli kriterleri sırasıyla “Poliklinik Sayısı”, “Ameliyathane “Araç Otoparkı “Yoğun Bakım Yatak Sayısı” “Yatak bulunmuştur. sonucunda ulaşılan ağırlıkların kullanıldığı yüksek performansına sahip “Ankara-Etlik”, “Ankara-Bilkent”, “İstanbul-Başakşehir Çam Sakura” “İzmir-Bayraklı”, düşük ise “Isparta”, “Tekirdağ İsmail Fehmi Cumalıoğlu”, “Manisa” “Yozgat” hastaneleridir.

Effective wastewater treatment has significant effects on saving water and preventing unnecessary scarcity. An appropriate technology (WWTT) brings economic benefits through reuse in different sectors the society environment. This study aims to develop a decision-making framework for evaluating sustainable WWTTs under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) The proposed MCDM is divided into two stages. First, new Hellinger distance measure developed determine degree of difference between IVIFSs also discussed its desirable characteristics. Second, an extension multi-attribute ideal-real comparative analysis (MAIRCA) model using measure-based weighting tool. Further, implemented empirical evaluation problem. Sensitivity studies are made. results indicate that odor impacts, sludge production, maintenance operation most effective factors Microbial fuel cell (MFC) best WWTT followed by natural methods.

Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) assists in making judgments on complex problems by evaluating several alternatives based conflicting criteria. Several MCDM methods have been introduced. However, real-world often involve uncertain and ambiguous decision-maker inputs. Therefore, fuzzy emerged to handle this problem using logic. Most recently, the method removal effects of criteria geometric mean (MEREC-G) ranking trace median index (RATMI) were date, there is no extension two novel methods. This study introduces a new hybrid approach combining MEREC-G RATMI. The can accept linguistic input terms from multiple decision-makers generates consistent weights. RATMI rank according their performance scores each criterion. provides algorithms both demonstrates application adopted problems. Correlation scenario analyses performed check approach’s validity sensitivity. high accuracy consistency sufficiently sensitive changes weights, yet not too produce inconsistent rankings.
