Automation and digitalization in various industries towards the Industry 4.0/5.0 paradigms are rapidly progressing thanks to use of sensors, Industrial Internet Things (IIoT), advanced fifth generation (5G) sixth (6G) mobile networks supported by simulation automation processes using artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (ML). Ensuring continuity operations under different conditions is becoming a key factor. One most frequently requested solutions currently predictive maintenance, i.e., maintenance based on ML. Air-cooling technology has been widely used for its water-saving advantage, and the performance of air-cooled condensers (ACC) an important impact on operation status unit. In this paper, ACC in a typical coal-fired power plant is optimized by using machine learning (ML) algorithms. Based real data unit, paper establishes back pressure optimization model propagation neural network (BPNN), random forest (RF), genetic algorithm (GA-BP) methods, respectively, conducts comparative analysis power-saving effect three The results show that algorithms offer significant savings low-load section smaller high-load section. Moreover, when ambient temperature lower than 10 °C, after not much different; greater BPNN RF significantly better GA-BP. method good improving ACC.
