Green technology innovation (GTI) capability plays an important role in realizing the sustainable development of intelligent manufacturing (IM) industry. Extensive research has addressed evaluation GTI capability. However, existing models primarily include either qualitative or quantitative indexes. Rarely do they integrate both types indexes simultaneously. To address this gap, we establish two index system from perspective core competitiveness. Then, propose concept interval linguistic $Z$ -number vector (ILZNV) based on to represent notation="LaTeX">$n$ -dimensional uncertain information evaluation. Subsequently, theories regarding ILZNVs, including normalization, operational rules, comparison method, and distance measure, are discussed. We also a method for unifying data by converting numerical values ILZNVs. After determining decision makers' combined weights attribute weights, multiattribute group decision-making model is developed using operators MULTIMOORA The then applied evaluate IM enterprises. Comparative analysis demonstrates effectiveness superiority proposed method. Finally, present several managerial theoretical implications.
