In the demand management process; it is tried to balance customers' needs with company's supply possibilities. Effective starts effective stock control and tracking of customer orders ends satisfaction. Correctly determining production priorities one ways increase this context, a new approach has been developed determine priority needed in process. A integrated based on Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) proposed priorities. first stage three-stage approach, alternatives are determined. second stage, criteria determined depending characteristics. third stage; LBWA (Level Based Weight Assessment) CRITIC (The Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) methods, objective subjective criterion weights calculated by considering expert opinions real data. Then, SOWIA (Subjective Objective Integrated Approach) method using weights. literature; few studies MCDM method. Additionally, no study found literature which quantitative qualitative methods used ceramic industry. Therefore, thought that will contribute literature.

Bu çalışma, iklim değişikliğine karşı kentsel dirençliliği artırmada yeşil altyapının kritik rolünü incelemekte, bileşenlerini, faydalarını ve örnek uygulamaları vurgulamaktadır. Çalışma amacına uygun olarak, literatür taraması yöntemiyle desenlenmiştir. Sonuç altyapı, değişikliği karşısında dayanıklılığı artırmaya yönelik dönüştürücü bir yaklaşımı temsil eder. Kentler genişlemeye gelişmeye devam ederken, değişikliğinin getirdiği zorluklar acil olarak kent planlamacılarını, politika yapıcıları toplulukları geleneksel altyapı yaklaşımlarını yeniden düşünmeye zorlamaktadır. Doğal sistemleri ortamlara entegre eden yenilikçi kavram olan artırmak için temel çözüm ortaya çıkmıştır. Geniş şekilde tanımlanan yağmur suyunu yönetmek, küresel ısınmanın etkilerini azaltmak hava kalitesini iyileştirmek bitki örtüsünü, toprağı diğer doğal unsurları kullanan kente pek çok faydalar sağlayan dizi uygulamayı kapsar. Yeşil altyapıyı planlamaya etmek, büyümeyi yönetmeye bütünsel teşvik ettiği kentlere; aşırı olayları artan sıcaklıklar gibi zorluklara direnç kazandırabileceği önemlidir.
