Currently, the development of packaging design is very advanced and rapid. One efforts that are widely used by Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in food sector to improve their packaging. Current developments also starting collaborate elements sustainability feelings consumers. Therefore, research designed using a psychological approach based on emotions consumers, namely Kansei engineering. In addition kansei engineering, it includes design. Based results, 43 words were obtained then simplified into 16 words. The selected coloured flat pouch without use plastic, complete with product information attributes. aim this evaluate effectiveness new garnering positive consumer responses assess its potential impact increasing buying interest product.
