Among the myriad of instructional approaches in engineering education, case-based learning (CBL) has emerged as a promising pedagogical strategy that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and real-world application knowledge. This study investigates student performance satisfaction with CBL methodologies context mechanical conducted Sri Lanka. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including paired t-tests to analyze academic data survey assess perceptions practices. The results indicate positive relationship grades perception among students, majority expressing agreement or strong its implementation. Additionally, from discovered conversational AI systems chatbots much-preferred supplementary resource utilized by students. Recommendations for future higher education include enhancing integration CBL, leveraging technology-driven resources, promoting strategies, implementing continuous assessment feedback mechanisms, investing educator professional development, research evaluation initiatives. These findings contribute valuable insights into experiences preferences, informing development evidence-based practices education.

This study aims to create a management framework for identifying and evaluating sustainable factors in construction project through strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats analysis, focusing on the Rasht urban. The research method this includes four steps. Step 1: Identifying internal external using Delphi technique; 2: Designing an analytic hierarchy process calculating weights of SPSS 26 software; 3: Creating factor evaluation determining final weights; 4: Model design analysis threats. Quantitative strategic planning matrix has been used prioritize identify attractiveness each designed strategies. By forming quantitative matrix, existing twelve strategies have prioritized. Based priority strategy selection includes: 1) scenario resistant infrastructure creating necessary regulations strengthen support projects with score 1.94 was ranked first. 2) applying creativity human resources experience increase productivity 1.90 second. 3) resource training order enhance expertise complex 1.89 third. In study, evaluated very accurately which not done more so far. recommends implementing strength-opportunities (SO) improve urban area.
