The purpose of evaluating mobile e-commerce service quality in tourism is to determine how effectively these platforms meet user needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve travel experiences. This process identifies strengths weaknesses areas like usability, reliability, responsiveness, personalization. Evaluating a complex multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Recently, methods such as the logarithmic TODIM (LogTODIM) VIKOR have been widely used address MAGDM challenges. However, uncertainty vagueness often arise due subjective nature human judgment. To this, probabilistic linguistic term sets emerged valuable tool, enabling decision-makers express preferences more flexibly accurately. paper introduces novel approach, LogTODIM-VIKOR (PL-LogTODIM-VIKOR) method handle problems within framework. A numerical case study demonstrates feasibility effectiveness proposed for platforms.

The evaluation of railway cold chain logistics service quality is essential for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable transport temperature-sensitive goods, such as food pharmaceuticals. It identifies strengths weaknesses in processes, enabling continuous improvement optimal resource allocation. As involves multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM), this study employs TODIM PROMETHEE approaches to propose a robust framework. To effectively manage fuzzy information during process, probabilistic linguistic term sets (PLTSs) are utilized. manages TODIM-PROMETHEE (PL-TODIM-PROMETHEE) approach, which specifically designed address MAGDM problems within PLTSs determine weight values context, MEREC approach applied. Finally, numerical example evaluating provided validate effectiveness PL-TODIM-PROMETHEE approach.

The evaluation of teaching quality in vocational college English online courses is crucial. It monitors the process, ensures objectives are met, and improves course quality. Flexible methods comprehensively reflect outcomes, making a scientific system essential for improvement. colleges multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Recently, LogTODIM approach MACONT was constructed to put forward MAGDM. interval neutrosophic sets (INSs) as tool managing fuzzy data during colleges. In this work, number LogTODIM-MACONT (INN-LogTODIM-MACONT) MAGDM under INSs. Ultimately, numerical analysis validate proposed approach.
