Abstract Relay protection cloud testing system mainly refers to clarify whether the relay device functions normally or not through offline and online technology, relying on collection of data, signal analysis so on. The article proposes a data object modeling method based IEC61850 standard protocol designs framework for system. Under framework, is modeled, database storage query indexing quadtree algorithm constructed, fixed value inspection alarm module designed. In order realize intelligent warning calibration, model calibration established sensitivity selective combined with RBF network. verify application feasibility system, quantitative carried out example data. average response time index only 3.17 s, required write grid monitoring in parallel 93.54 ms. effect fixed-value more obvious, which can help locate faulty equipment grid, when introduced into inter-area scheduling, maximal difference 5.31%, within permitted error range engineering.
