Underwater launchers are typically employed for the deployment of pigging robots in subsea pipelines purposes cleaning and inspection. Throughout launching process, challenges related to vibration, damage, other issues must be addressed resolved. In this study, process robot is numerically simulated using Abaqus 2020. Utilising Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian (CEL) method, Fluid-Structure-Interaction (FSI) model was constructed. And variation parameters such as velocity, friction force tilt angle at different inlet flow rates were analysed. The findings indicate a positive correlation between average velocity rate. factors friction, angle, offset distance motion robot. Furthermore, during robot’s traversal through narrow pipe sections, sealing discs undergo irregular deformation, generating reaction on inducing vibration. conclusion, analysis impact behaviour offers theoretical foundation reference successful launch

Burst pipes can cause severe pressure drops and water pollution in distribution networks. Small leaks develop into pipe bursts over time due to interactions between pipes, water, soil. This paper presents preliminary experimental results on the erosion of outer wall a by solid particles when leak occurs pressurized causes soil fluidization. A series experiments were carried out with 50-mm-diameter 3-mm-wall-thickness polyethylene (PE) various holes buried silica sand bedding.
