Guided wave ultrasonic testing (GWUT) within the realm of pipeline inspection is an efficacious approach; however, current GWUT systems are characterized by high costs and power consumption, their detection results significantly susceptible to noise interference. Addressing these issues, this study introduces a system predicated on adaptive wavelet threshold denoising, centered around low-power main controller, achieving cost-effective low-power-consumption non-destructive (NDT) with clear results. The employs STM32 as controller utilizes direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) technology generate excitation signals. These signals, after amplifier processing, ensure high-stability output for driving signal. In conjunction signal acquisition module, filtering collected signals executed via host computer. Empirical validation has demonstrated that can achieve amplitude up 90 Vpp range 20 kHz–400 kHz, directly piezoelectric transducers. optimal identified using butterfly optimization algorithm, enabling function adaptively denoise echo thereby enhancing capability identify damage.
