Investment allocation for offshore wind turbines (OWT) as an important class of structures is typically carried out through supporting decision-making approaches utilizing some fragility functions. This study attempts to deliver functions OWTs on monopile foundations accounting soil-structure interaction (SSI) effects. Simultaneous wind, wave, and earthquake loads were considered probabilistically by adjusting their occurrence hazard levels predefined damage states in diverse performance levels. The designated this are defined based collapse probability targeted which could be very straightforward distinguish. state detection rotation the connection section tower’s transition part foundation, perceptibly reveals effects SSI expected results comprise modified contributing less median spectral acceleration, more evidently rotational demands, further dispersions, a subsequent dominant increase exceeding limit states. Considering operational level, most applied design level structures, not considering noticeably underestimate demands lead high-risk decisions.
