Abstract The study utilizes novel onion peel (Allium cepa) activated carbon biomass impregnated with magnetic nanoparticles (OMNPs) for the removal of toxic Methylene Blue (MB) and Congo Red (CR) dyes. SEM analysis reveals morphological structures, while XRD indicates an amorphous nature. FTIR confirms functional groups present, TGA demonstrates thermal stability, pore size is measured at 2.193 nm. OMNPs reveal a higher sorption rate both MB CR dye, clearance 96.25% 93.11%. thermodynamic reaction believed to be exothermic process spontaneous. simulation investigations indicate that Freundlich best-proven isotherm (R2 = 0.9945 dyes 0.9878), pseudo-second-order kinetics yields chemisorption ANN assessed its fitness (R 0.993 0.984). This new composite material demonstrated remarkable dye efficiency, models accurately predicted adsorption performance.
