Abstract Based on the double critical value method and data of China Household Panel Survey from 2014 to 2023, this paper measures multidimensional relative household energy poverty in China. After confirming impact income poverty, explores formation mechanism perspective opportunity acquisition. It occurrence path “opportunity access-income poverty-energy poverty” residents by combining structural equation model. Finally, Internet use was investigated through multiple regression analysis. According study, China’s official line is about 2.0 US dollars, has increased 49.6% 2022 compared with 197.2 yuan 2018. In empirical analysis access level coefficient learning 0.311.
