Driving the coexistence of manufacturing and producer services by enhancing synergistic effect innovation domestic demand has important practical significance for China in building a new development paradigm with circulation as mainstay dual complement. Based on time-series input–output tables using data from China’s A-share listed companies 2007 to 2022, this paper selects research objects empirically test driving role innovation, demand, their synergy co-development these two industries. Heterogeneity analysis reveals is more pronounced emerging enterprises, high-tech small-sized highly competitive enterprises high labor income share.
