Abstract The ‘decade of action’ intended to accomplish the ambitious 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) faces notable challenges. Our investigation into impact COVID-19 crisis on SDG progress reveals important lessons for shaping effective policy interventions ensure resilient societies and overall well-being. Through systematic mapping a rapid review approach, our analysis that nearly 90% SDGs, specifically 144 targets, were adversely affected by pandemic. Yet, there is glimmer opportunity: 66 targets stand gain from crisis-induced transformations, provided right choices are made. Achieving this goal demands comprehensive approach decisive leadership steer an inclusive economic recovery also safeguards environment while safeguarding environment. intricate interplay between ongoing planetary post-COVID-19 crises, environmental challenges, conflicts underscores need proactive, deliberate well-informed marked collaborative decision-making, which imperative effectively steering toward achieving SDGs. Avascular necrosis (AVN) is a debilitating condition characterized by bone tissue death due to inadequate blood supply, leading joint dysfunction and collapse. This study investigates the potential association between AVN COVID-19, focusing on genetic factors such as NOS3 polymorphisms. A total of 180 individuals were included, comprising 120 COVID-19 patients 60 healthy controls. Clinical, haematological, biochemical, parameters assessed. Results revealed significant differences in respiratory heart rates, haematological counts, biochemical markers control groups. Genetic analysis showed higher prevalence TG genotype G allele rs1799983 polymorphism among patients. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the intricate relationships between human health and social-ecological system in an era of climate global change. Widespread adversely affected farmers' employment, production practices, livelihood resilience. At same time, change is a key issue limiting agricultural worldwide. Emissions greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, are major factor leading to Greenhouse gas emissions from receiving increasing attention. Therefore, it particularly important develop low-carbon agriculture.
