Pollution is one of the most important issues currently affecting global population and environment. Therefore, determining zones where stringent measures should be taken necessary. In this study, Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor (FA), t-distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE) were utilized for dimensionality reduction clustering data series containing concentration 10 heavy metals collected at 14 locations. The Hazard Quotient (HQ) Index (HI) to determine non-carcinogenic risk in studied zones. highest concentrations samples those Fe, Zn, Mn, Cr. PCA indicated that Fe Zn (Co Cd) had contribution on first (second) (PC). FA showed three-factor model adequate explaining variability pollutant concentrations. factor loadings revealed strength association between variables factors, e.g., 0.97 0.83 Cr, 0.99 Co. HQ ingestion, HQing, was (between 6.10 × 10−5 2.57 10−4). inhalation, HQinh, biggest Mn (from 1.41 10−3 1.95 10−3). HI varied interval [0.172, 0.573], indicating absence a risk. However, since values above 0.5 determined four sites, continuous monitoring pollution sampling locations
