Dynamic Evaluation on High-Quality Development Level in the Manufacturing Industry

Promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is key to achieving sustainable economic development. The affected by a variety factors, and it particularly important reflect on its level from multiple perspectives. This paper built an evaluation indicator system for industry’s using structural equation model. An improved TOPSIS model was constructed based combined weighting difference maximization method. time series arithmetic mean operator introduced assign weight time, quadratic weighted integration enabled dynamic evaluation. China’s 2018 2022 assessed both statically dynamically. According findings, overall exhibited trend first declining then increasing when current status only element taken into account. Regionally, there sequential decline east central part, followed western northeastern regions. When focusing solely degree growth, higher in northeast lower east. However, regional characteristics declined growth were considered. Evaluating can provide references lessons promoting coordinated industry.
