Traditional interventions for test anxiety often fall short of addressing the specific needs adolescents and educational institutions due to issues stigmatization professionalization. In contrast, nature-based (NBIs) have gained traction their potential enhance mental health, as they are generally accepted cost-effective, thereby offering a promising alternative alleviating anxiety.
