Water pollution caused by the release of organic pollutants is a major environmental concern worldwide. These can have harmful effects on aquatic ecosystems and organisms living within them, as well human health when contaminated water consumed. It essential to implement proper treatment management strategies prevent mitigate pollution. Moreover, untreated industrial effluents are synthetic compounds especially 2,4,6-trichlorophenol (TCP) which cause several issues heath related problems in humans. To cope with this problem, an excellent 2D porous material based p-DMAC4/GO composite has been synthesized adsorbent for effective removal pollutant from wastewater. In regard, advanced analytical tools such Fourier-Transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Energy-Dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used its characterization. The results justified chemical composition, crystalline nature, surface morphology elemental composition material. showed 95% adsorption TCP wastewater system at optimal conditions i.e., pH (6), dosage (30 mg) shaking time (60 min). mathematical models isotherms, thermodynamics kinetics studies validate nature process pollutant. data found be best fitted Langmuir isotherms (R2 = 0.99); whereas kinetic study suggested pseudo-second-order reaction R2 0.99. confirmed spontaneous endothermic onto current work also compared existing reported adsorbents higher efficiency, feasibility, reusability remove system.
