Clinical pharmacology and toxicology are considered nowadays two complementary indispensable medical disciplines that allowed clinicians to achieve the optimal therapeutic effect of a several substance, but also characterize their toxicity threshold. The contribution bioinformatics tools databases in these fields has provided key elements, sometimes impossible explain during early clinical phases. In this context, some computational approaches were used work investigate molecular weight distribution (MWD), allergenicity, profile, possible biodegradation, persistence bioaccumulation factor four natural compounds. Results revealed MWD indices compound 2 3 best among tested However, route administration 1 could be safest for rats, especially oral, intravenous subcutaneous ways, which LD 50 values best, comparing other allergenicity tests phyto-compounds non-allergen agents may not present any drug risks. Concerning cytotoxicity, 4 exhibited cytotoxic compounds with corresponding value Pa = 0.782 against colon carcinoma (HCT-116) cell line. bio-compounds toxic avian species non-toxic Daphnia magna , aquatic species. Compound lowest (0.17). All inactive Tox21-Stress response pathways, potentially immunotoxic. Finally, all possess non persistent while only possibly biodegradable. This preliminary work, once again potential certain fundamental aspects, represents an initial step further investigation.
