Reclaimed water (RW), as a reliable and renewable secondary source, has become crucial strategy for many countries to supplement agricultural usage alleviate scarcity. However, despite the increasing use of RW, there been limited research on factors affecting soil nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions under RW irrigation. Understanding these is essential guiding irrigation practices controlling greenhouse gas emissions. This research, conducted from 2014 2015, includes field experiments designed systematically assess effects chemistry properties temperature N2O Subsequent studies, samples were collected 15N isotope trials examine impact production process, including autotrophic nitrification, heterotrophic denitrification. The results showed that influenced by pH, but not through changes in total nitrogen (TN) or organic carbon (SOC) content. Moreover, compared groundwater (UW) irrigation, significantly reduced sensitivity labeling trial indicated nitrification was primary pathway contributing 60.46%—significantly higher than observed with UW Primary treated sewage (PW) increased process contributions rising 11.31% 13.23%. Additionally, UW, copy numbers genes (ammonia-oxidizing archaea [AOA-amoA]) denitrification (nitrite reductase [nirK nirS]). Therefore, it important appropriately control balance pH manage
