Nanoparticles produced from biological sources are gaining a lot of attention these days, and they have wide spectrum uses. The fact that it is both environmentally benign the key reason for its widespread popularity. Our current study uses green approach to describe production characterisation silver nanoparticles made conventional leaf extract. antibacterial antidiabetic performance prepared with plant extracts such as Tabernaemontana divaricate, Basella alba, Allium fistulosum also assessed in this study. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Microscope (TEM) was utilized characterise shape morphology nanoparticles. Silver sizes 40 nm, 50 nm 57 were observed solid block-like, rod-like structure. AgNPs show bactericidal action towards gram-positive -negative microbes, according vitro investigations. Both antioxidant activity suggest nanoparticle has good ability inhibit enzymes so could act alternative drug.
