ABSTRACT The treatment of spinal cord injury is crucial to prevent further damage and improve long‐term outcomes, as early intervention can stabilize the spine, control inflammation, facilitate recovery function. In present study, we synthesized a new metallic NPs investigated ability treat injury. bimetallic nickel/copper were using aqueous extract Artemisia annua . was chemically characterized. Bands at wavenumbers 1053, 1377–1664, 2922, 3417 cm −1 reveal functional groups’ presence C‐O, C=C, C=O, C‐H, O‐H bonds, which are characteristic organic compounds such phenols flavonoids, abundant in A. Signals around 7.5 keV for NiKα CuKα, well those after 8.0 NiKβ CuKβ, confirm formation Ni/Cu‐NCPs. Wounds offer a medium for the growth of pathogens and their entry into body, which necessitates effective wound healing treatments. Herein, we report green synthesis silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Dactyloctenium aegyptium extract as capping reducing agent applications. The synthesized were characterized by UV-Vis, FT-IR, SEM, XRD, in vitro antibacterial activity. Nanoparticles then incorporated PVA, Na-alginate, gelatin-based hydrogel dressings to investigate vivo capability rats. color change reaction mixture surface plasmon resonance (400 nm) confirmed formation AgNPs. FT-IR analysis revealed involvement plant phytochemicals stabilization nanoparticles. crystalline nature, with an average crystallite size 28.03 nm exhibited activity against S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, K. pneumoniae E. coli (ZOI 19 ± 0.0, 9 13 0.0 mm respectively). Furthermore, nanoparticle-loaded hydrogels showed accelerated rats compared untreated treated commercial product. Thus, developed dressing has potential clinical application infection treatment.
