Health problems and respiratory diseases are associated with poor indoor air ventilation. We investigated the quality inside a classroom-laboratory where no ventilation is provided. The case of study, consisting an internal enclosure, located at Escuela Técnica Superior de Edificación (ETSEM) Madrid (Spain). high height favours stratification which analysed in terms temperature CO2 spatial distribution. Temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure concentration measurements were taken time three different locations. A CFD numerical model was established to analyse quality. Flow circulation derived by solving full 3D Navier – Stokes governing equations, coupled thermal problem. diffusion problem produced inner occupants then from kinematics solution. Three scenarios into account: seated (1), standing (2), half seated, (3). Results clearly show as result density gradient, turn determined difference between surrounding air. Temperature prediction maximum relative error contained 3.5 %. As expected, increases over time, reaching values depending on configuration considered location.
