Rice husk-derived activated carbon was hybridized with polypyrrole hydrogel (Pyh), producing advanced nanocomposite (Pyh/AC). The composite applied as an enhanced adsorbent for two forms of toxic phenolic compounds, particularly bisphenol-A (BSP-A) and 4-chlorophenol (4-CL). adsorption studies were evaluated considering the synthetic effect Pyh based on criteria statistical physics equilibrium modeling. reported saturation capacities BSP-A 4-CL using Pyh/AC are 321.4 mg/g 365.8 mg/g, respectively. These values significantly higher than estimated in separated form. analysis steric properties validated about 169.7 119.5 active site density during uptake 4-CL, densities (110.5 99.3 (4-CL)), demonstrating positive impact hybridization process terms surface area, porosity, incorporated chemical functional groups. Furthermore, capacity each structure to accommodate up 3 molecules 6 displays operation multi-molecular mechanisms ordering these adsorbed vertically non-parallel forms. energies, either classic (<21 kJ/mol) or (<20 isotherm studies, reflect physisorption compounds Pyh/AC. also shows thermodynamically stable reactions that occurred exothermic, favorable, spontaneous properties.

The adsorptive removal of Bisphenol A (BPA) with the PE meshes photografted 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) was performed by varying grafted amount, pH value, BPA concentration, and temperature, adsorption performance correlated equilibrium, kinetic, isotherm models. In addition, regeneration DMAEMA-grafted (PE-g-PDMAEMA) discussed from repetitive adsorption/desorption process. capacity had maximum value at amount 2.6 mmol/g initial 8.0. increase in protonation dimethylamino groups on PDMAEMA chains dissociation phenol present outer solution during process results adsorption. followed pseudo second-order equation. enhanced increasing concentration equilibrium data fit to Langmuir stayed almost constant whereas k2 increased against temperature. These comprehensively emphasized that occurred through chemical interaction or ionic bonding a anion terminal protonated group. Desorption NaOH entirely desorbed more than 20 mM. cycle 8.0 desorption 100 mM repeated five times without loss structural damage. indicate PE-g-PDMAEMA can be used as regenerative adsorbent for aqueous medium.
