Abstract Green synthesis methods have garnered significant attention as eco-friendly alternatives to conventional chemical approaches, which often involve hazardous substances. In this study, macadamia nut shell extract was used a natural stabilizing and capping agent for the sustainable environmentally friendly of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) copper (CuO-NPs). The compounds present in facilitate formation these nanoparticles. synthesized ZnO CuO NPs were confirmed by various types spectroscopic microscopic techniques. XRD analysis that exhibit hexagonal wurtzite structure, while display face-centered cubic lattice structure. green-synthesized demonstrated excellent antioxidant antimicrobial properties against both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. Moreover, photocatalytic efficiency assessed examining degradation tetracycline, with demonstrating superior performance compared CuO. activity tested Staphylococcus aureus (strain 902), Escherichia coli 443), Aspergillus niger, Candida albicans, showing promising results. Furthermore, exhibited synergistic effects when combined antibiotics. newly developed proved be simple, cost-effective, friendly, utilized applications, including food packaging, biosensors, catalysis pharmaceutical reactions.

ABSTRACT A series of new mixed‐ligand Cu (II) complexes, that is, [Cu (SB)(py)]ClO 4 (1) , (SB)(bpy)]ClO (2) and (SB)(phen)]ClO (3) were synthesized characterized. In these SB represents a unsymmetrical Schiff base ligand was formed from 1:1 condensation 3‐nitrosalicylaldehyde with ethylenediamine. Single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography (SCXRC) used to determine the crystal structure . Molecular docking ADMET tools examine anticancer potential complexes on proteins human colorectal (HCT116) (PDB ID: 3ruk), lung (A549) 4zxt), breast (MCF7) 4zvm) cancerous cells. Three types chemical drugs, 5‐fluorouracil for cancer, capecitabine etoposide one medicinal plant, turmeric (curcumin), also examined. The results molecular showed complex had best performance. According comparative outcomes in silico evaluations, may belong category drug‐like compounds.
