Although a growing number of studies have suggested the relevance greenspace exposure to respiratory health, most explored single greenfield indicators or selected disease outcomes. This systematic review aimed comprehensively assess evidence that is associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary (COPD) incidence, prevalence, mortality, and related lung function explore impact on COPD-related We searched literature published before 28 September 2023, using six electronic databases snowball searches. After screening 3689 studies, 16 eligible were included. These examined various such as Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), canopy coverage, land cover conditions. Most reported positive effects exposure. However, findings had significant heterogeneity, large differences in greenness assessment, COPD identification methods, population characteristics. The mechanisms this not been conclusively determined, but we propose several hypotheses explain pathways by which affects COPD. Overall, our contribute valuable knowledge for understanding relationship between COPD, informing future research field.

The design of street spaces significantly influences public behavior and quality life. Understanding how various urban spatial characteristics affect behavior, alongside the role multi-sensory perception, enables designers planners to create more human-centered environments. Grounded in landsenses ecology, this study employs correlation analysis, regression Partial Least-Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) examine effects different on mediating perception. findings reveal that characteristics, particularly Water Surface Ratio (WSR) Waterfront Density (WD), have a pronounced impact behavioral traits, with higher activity frequencies areas elevated WSR WD. Notably, affects static behaviors, such as sunbathing (β = 0.371, p < 0.001), dynamic walking 0.279, 0.001). While road water directly influence buildings green mainly through Different sensory perceptions show varying effects, olfactory perception playing significant these experiences, notable chain-mediated effect between tactile psychological cognition. These results provide valuable insights for integrating experiences into design.
